Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
TeamSchedulePro ("TSPRO," "we," "us," or "our") is a sports-league scheduling application operated by Boat Dog Customs LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the TSPRO website at teamschedulepro.com and the TSPRO application (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. What this policy covers
TSPRO is a tool used by sports facilities, leagues, and their staff to build and manage league schedules. The Service is intended for business use by adults acting on behalf of a facility or organization. It is not directed to children, and — as described below — it does not collect player rosters or any personal information about the players, families, or minors who may participate in the leagues you schedule.
3. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and a password. If you access TSPRO on behalf of a facility or organization, we may also store the name of that organization.
Scheduling information you enter. To build a schedule, you provide information such as team names, coach names and contact details, division names, playing surfaces, available dates and times, and the hard and soft requests you enter. TSPRO does not collect or store player rosters. There are no fields or features in the Service for entering the names, contact information, or any other details of individual players.
Payment information. Credit purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details (such as your card number) directly. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as the date, amount, and the last four digits of the card used, to maintain your billing records.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we (and our hosting and infrastructure providers) may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and Google Analytics. We use cookies (small files stored on your device) to operate the website and to understand how it is used. In particular, we use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to help us see how visitors find and use teamschedulepro.com. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location, and your device and browser type, and reports it to us in aggregate. This information is processed by Google under its own privacy terms. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating and managing schedules;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your logins;
- Process credit purchases and maintain billing records;
- Respond to your questions and provide support;
- Monitor and improve the Service, and diagnose technical problems;
- Send you service-related communications (for example, account, billing, or security notices); and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. With companies that help us operate the Service — for example, Stripe (payment processing) and our website and application hosting providers — who may access information only to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TSPRO, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Boat Dog Customs LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share information or otherwise direct us to do so.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain billing and tax records, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may review and update your account information by logging into the Service or by contacting us. You may request that we delete your account and associated personal information, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or, for users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a facility or organization and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because TSPRO does not collect player rosters, it is not designed to store information about the minors who may participate in scheduled leagues. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
